Started writing a book at ten. Held my first film camera at twelve. 
A Japan enthusiast and cinema lover, I find inspiration in cats, sushi 
and the ocean.

Born in Lisbon, I’ve spent my life between the capital and the south of Portugal. In 2009 I moved to London and did a Master’s in Filmmaking. There, I wrote and directed several short films and worked with different actors. Ten years later, back home, I worked as a television director in a major news channel.

At the moment, I divide my time between writing and thinking about what I should be writing.
